Full Terms and Conditions for Surge Renewables’ Galgorm Giveaway
- Promoter:
The promoter of this giveaway is Surge Renewables. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. - Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to customers in Northern Ireland only.
- Entrants must accept a Surge Renewables quotation for solar panel installation between 18th November 2024 and 18th December 2024 to be eligible.
- Employees of Surge Renewables, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected to the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Requirements:
- To enter the giveaway, customers must request a quotation from Surge Renewables and accept the quotation during the promotional period.
- Only one entry is permitted per customer. Multiple quotes from the same individual or household will not result in additional entries.
- Prize:
- The prize is a 2-night stay with breakfast at Galgorm Resort & Spa, worth up to £850.
- The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Galgorm Resort & Spa and must be used within the timeframe specified by them.
- No alternative prize or substitution will be offered.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
- The draw will take place on 19th December 2024.
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during the quotation process. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
- Prize Delivery:
- The prize will be delivered to the winner via email or post within 14 days of winner confirmation.
- Data Protection:
- Any personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to deliver the prize.
- Promotional Use:
- By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and general location (e.g., city or county) for promotional purposes on Surge Renewables’ website and social media channels.
- General:
